The Cathodic Protection division of Emirates Techno Casting is one of its flagship of the group-KEF Holding with a group turnover in excess of U.S $ 200 Million; giving us vast financial strengths and at the same time having access to a huge pool of multi-discipline Engineering personnel working on various projects.

We have designed, manufactured & supplied in excess of 18,000 tons of Sacrificial Aluminum Alloy & Zinc Alloy anodes for various applications in Marine & Offshore Sectors over a period of past 10 years; that are working successfully.

	Quality Assurance A Quality Assurance department is operated independently by ETC Management. The core focus is to work with integrity and commitment to meet the objectives of Quality Assurance. Our objective We produce high quality cathodic protection equipment that are competitively priced, reliable, and confirms to customer design and contractual requirements. To achieve this objective, ETC maintains an effective quality program that is planned and developed in conjunction with other management functions. ETC currently supplies cathodic protection systems to most of the world's major oil companies and contractors, successfully meeting their requirements for product quality and supporting QA/QC documentation.   Laboratory Services Operating autonomously from the production process, ETC's laboratory is comprehensively equipped to provide measurement services as support to production and Quality Assurance departments. In addition, the company maintains close links with a number of independent service organizations that are able to provide specialist facilities like Radiography, Magnetic Particle and Die Penetration Test. Direct reading spectrometer analysis operates on a 24-hour basis to enable immediate material composition to be verified. In addition, a computer controlled electro chemical testing facility is used to measure alloy performance characteristics.

ETC is an ISO 9001-2000 Certified Company, approved by (TUV), Germany, at the start of 1999 with the Production Certificate being awarded in April 1999.  Effective from March 1999. Cathodic Protection Division is supported by a production facility to manufacture and market sacrificial anodes to the Marine and Offshore industries. The facilities consist of 2 tons each crucible furnaces, 3 tons each semi rotary furnaces (4 nos.) and 4 tons box furnace; all five oil fired and capable of producing 4,900 tons of Zinc and Aluminum alloy anodes per annum.

ETC's Engineering team provides a complete range of cathodic protection equipment and services to the Marine, Offshore and Onshore sectors. Technical services, provided anywhere in the world, include but not limited to:

• Preliminary design and budget information at the initial project bidding stage.

• Formal quotations against enquiries giving, in addition to price and delivery, the engineering criteria and calculations to support the choice of material and system.
