ENCLOSURES
Enclosures for desert and marine environments are generally supplied
to IP65 in accordance with IEC publication 144 (complete protection
against ingress of dust and jets of water from any direction as can
apply in Marine conditions) Higher integrity enclosures are available
for enclosures designated for hazardous areas as
are lower integrity enclosures are available for less arduous
conditions.
Enclosures can be provided in a variety materials, UPVC, mild steel
sheeting, aluminum sheeting, GRP, cast iron, cast aluminum - just to
name a few. ETC-CPS 's Engineers will advise the appropriate type
for particular application and environment.
