ZINC EARTHING CELLS
Zinc Earthing
cells comprising of two or four zinc rods packed in gypsum/bentonite/sodium
sulphate backfill constrained within a cotton bag. The rods are
separated by high dielectric strength sheet. Each rod has a XLPE
insulated PVC sheathed cable of minimum 16 mm˛ cross-section brazed to
each rod. Single rods are suitable for use as grounding rods.
